JOHNSON’S BABY® “PLAYPROTECT” REDEMPTION PROGRAM

The Organizer of this Johnson’s Baby® “PlayProtect” Redemption Program is JNTL (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., with its business office at Level 8, The Pinnacle, Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, 46150 Selangor, Malaysia.

Terms & Conditions

  1. This Johnson’s Baby® “PlayProtect” Redemption Program is open to all citizens of Malaysia above 25 years of age (as of 15th May 2022). Johnson’s Baby® “PlayProtect” Redemption Program is not open to employees of JNTL (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., its affiliates and/or related companies, distributors, advertising agencies, contractors and service providers, as well as said employees; immediate family members”.
  2. The Johnson’s Baby® “PlayProtect” Redemption Program will run from 15th May till 30th Jun 2022, 11:59PM. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the “PlayProtect” Redemption Program without prior notice.
  3. To participate in the Johnson’s Baby® “PlayProtect” Redemption Program, participants need to provide their personal information in Johnson’s Baby® mobile site.
  4. Participation is voluntary. By entering the Program, participants are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions of the Program as listed on this page and to the Program announcement/s (“the Terms”). The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms at any time.

Duration

This Sampling Program will run from 15th May 2022 till 30th Jun 2022, 11:59PM.

Mechanics

  • Step 1 : Scan the QR code on Point Of Sales Materials (POSM) in our roadshows.
  • Step 2 : Shoppers will be landed to a form for them to fill in personal details on Johnson’s Baby® mobile site (https://www.johnsonsbaby.com.my/playdays/playprotect-redeem) .
  • Step 3 : Once shoppers fill up all their particulars, and click submit, they can redeem a pack of Johnson’s® Baby Skincare Wipes 20s from our promoter.

Scan & Redeem Process

  1. There are total 5,000 units of Johnson’s® Baby Skincare Wipes 20s with no minimum purchase to be redeemed throughout the “PlayProtect” Redemption Program.
  2. Each participant (identified by unique email address) is limited to One (1) redemption for one (1) time on a first come first serve basis, throughout the “PlayProtect” Redemption Program, while stocks last.
  3. The Organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the product sample redemption process contained herein at any time without prior notice.
  4. Participants are required to provide details including Full Name, Mobile Number & Mailing Address in order to redeem the Johnson’s® Baby Skincare Wipes 20s with no minimum purchase from our promoter.
  5. Participants must abide by the terms and conditions of the party[ies] arranging and/or providing for the samples and the terms and conditions attached to the sample, if any.

Liabilities and Responsibilities

  1. The Organizer and its entities assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any accident, harm, damage, losses (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or charges, injuries, unforeseen circumstance, and any inconvenience or any other liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising through participation of this program, or in connection with the fulfillment of any product and voucher, nor for any charges in dates or in times or cancellations which may prevent the participant(s) from taking the original product offered or any part of the product, or for lost or stolen product.
  2. Participants release the Organizer and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, branches, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this program and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the product, including liability for any personal injury or death except where prohibited or limited by law.

Privacy Notice

  1. We collect your personal information, specifically your name and contact particulars, to enable you to enter this program and for related administration purposes. If you do not give us these details you are unable to enter this program. Subject to some exceptions permitted by law, you may request access to your personal information while we retain it. Reasons why will be given if access is denied. Your personal information will be securely destroyed once any statutory or other records retention period expires. By entering this program, you consent to the processing or your personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions. Rights of the Organizer

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or amend the “PlayProtect” Redemption Program in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
  2. The products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. The Organizer reserves in its sole discretion to substitute the items or any component of the items should the participant(s) fail to comply with any of the rules and/or applicable laws for any reason whatsoever.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the products should the participant(s) fail to comply with any terms or conditions of the program and/or applicable law for any reason whatsoever.
  4. Acceptance of the product constitutes permission to the Organizer and its agencies to use the participant(s)’ names for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or marketing without further compensation or notice. All entries become property of the Organizer, who may use participant(s)’ names for future promotional and marketing activities.
  5. By participating in this program, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions and decisions of the Organizer.
  6. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, annul or rescind the terms of the “PlayProtect” Redemption Program without further notice. The Organizer’s decision on any matter concerning the program is final with respect to any aspect of the program. Organizer will accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified.
  7. Organizer’s decision is final. Correspondence will not be entertained.
