With your consent, we will collect, use, and process your and your baby’s personal information including the photo/s and video recording that you submit to the Company (“Personal Data”) for the following purposes:
- your registration and participation in the Johnson’s Baby of the Year Contest 2020 (“Contest”), including selection and judging of entries;
- for the Company’s marketing purposes including, at the Company’s exclusive discretion, posting of the material’s described below at the Company’s Johnson’s Baby social media account; and
- documentation of the Contest, including possible media coverage by the Company’s official media partners.
Your and your baby’s Personal Data will be shared with and processed by the Company’s authorized third-party service providers and official media partners and their respective authorized personnel for the Contest (“Contest Partners”) and will be made available to the public (mainly for the public voting feature of the Contest), so please do not include any personal information in your Personal Data that you intend to remain private
You acknowledge that the Company and its Contest Partners will store your Personal Data for a reasonable period to complete the above purposes and the Company and its Contest Partners will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of 2010 and other relevant data privacy regulations.
You represent that any individuals depicted in your photo or video have expressly agreed that their images may be posted on this Service.
The Contest is being documented. You acknowledge and agree that the images, photographs and/or video recordings of the Contest and which you and your baby may be included, may be taken to form part of the Contest files and documentation. You acknowledge the Company’s right to use or make use of the said materials, in whole or in part and in any form or manner. You also acknowledge that the aforesaid materials documenting the Contest shall be owned by the Company and may be used by the Company for Contest-related activities and Johnson’s Baby marketing campaign via the Johnson’s Baby social media account. You expressly waive all rights and interests, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, relative to any such Contest documentation materials. You understand that, once the Contest materials or any part thereof including your and your baby’s Personal Data are posted or shared in said social media, the Company cannot control how the individuals viewing the said social media account further use your Personal Data. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall have no liability for the unauthorized use of your and your baby’s Personal Data by third parties.
We will use the Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your and your baby’s Personal Data will be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country.
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
